ALE started in Toowoomba in 1995 with one embroidery machine. Today our ZSK multi-head machines stitch logos onto polos, caps, jackets and hi-vis for teams across the Darling Downs and Queensland.
Overview
Embroidery is where ALE began. Three decades on, it's still what we're known for.
Campbell Lane started the business in Toowoomba in 1995 with a single machine. We added our first ZSK machine in 2018 and six-head ZSKs in 2019 and 2023, so large team orders run side by side.
A stitched logo looks sharp, feels premium and survives the wash. It suits polos, caps, jackets and workwear that gets worn hard every day.

A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is ideal. A high-resolution PNG or JPG also works. We convert it into a stitch file before production.
Yes. New logos have a one-off digitising set-up cost, which we include in your quote. Once your logo is on file, repeat orders don't pay it again.
Most logos stitch well. Very small text and fine gradients can lose detail, so we'll suggest tweaks or recommend Vivid Colour print instead.
Yes. Orders start from 6 pieces, because our embroidery machines run in lots of 6.
Most orders take about 2 weeks from approved proof. Urgent orders are available for a fee, and busy periods can take a little longer. We'll confirm timing with your quote.
